I was offered a room with excellent views across the harbor. The staff was awesome and great, I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel was in a very central setting identical to the San Francisco bridge. And it was also near to several hill, and Bairro Alto.
Didn't like the area, it was quite dirty.

The very nice central and best possible location for the price, really close to the waterfront, shopping district, and the nearby "Santelmo" restaurant. A good choice of food options not too far away from the venue.

Can't recommend highly enough to others to stay here. Excellent and perfect location, it's set close to the famous Time Out market, which is convenient to grab a quick lunch or a coffee in the morning as well as two metro stations. Bairro Alto district definitely deserves exploring.

Charming place to visit in Lisbon, everything was wonderful. The location was charming, the staff was informative. There were a market and little stores around the hotel. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was not only immaculate, but also fantastic. Really tasty breakfast and other services were nice. Plus their wifi was good.
